More About Glenda Watry
I grew up on a dairy farm in southern Minnesota and never aspired to be in sales because my perception of that profession was that you had to be slimy and manipulative. Until I met a woman in my first job out of college who didn’t fit the stereotypical mold, and she was outrageously successful selling more than twice as much as the salesperson coming in second. I have spent a lifetime not just overcoming sales stereotypes but redefining the narrative and walking the walk.

I am a motivational speaker and Fractional Chief Revenue/Sales Officer. My approach is deeply rooted in innovative problem-solving, empowerment, and trust-based leadership.

My career was built on coaching sales leaders and salespeople to overcome their “emotional constipation,” a term I coined to describe the internal barriers that prevent individuals and teams from reaching their full potential. Through my high-energy and entertaining keynote presentations, I offer actionable insights, blending personal experiences with professional strategies.

Organizations from startups to established corporations seek my expertise for fueling growth and breaking down mental barriers.

Beyond my professional achievements, I draw significant inspiration from my daughter’s neuro-divergence, a beautiful testament to the power of viewing the world through diverse lenses. This personal connection deepens my commitment to empowering everyone to contribute uniquely to the world.
